His work spans a decade across operations HR, recruitment, industrial relations and business development across the retail, information technology, FMCG and outsourcing sectors. His areas of expertise are employer branding, innovation, delivering cutting edge solutions across the HR spectrum and writing.
Narayan is a 1999 alumnus of the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai, India's premier HR post graduate school. Apart from his drive to build successful businesses, Narayan has serious interests in free enterprise, music and the meaning of life. Darshan has worked on assignments in diverse sectors such as Retail, Information technology and Business Process Outsourcing with clients like Target, Tesco, Accenture, Kieon etc. Prior to Talking Heads, he has worked with Tesco, ICICI OneSource, Mainstay and ConceptUniv.
